Firm and flaky in texture, these Today Gourmet Sashimi grade Ahi Tuna steaks have a meaty flavor that's sure to satisfy. Try them grilled, broiled, baked or pan-sauteed. Our Atlantic Cedar Planked Salmon is hand cut, rubbed with gourmet seasoning, then garnished and placed on pre-soaked cedar boards cut from Canadian renewable forests. Seasonings are rubbed on the entire filet rather than just the top like you would normally find with other products. Our Atlantic Cedar Planked Salmon is Five Star restaurant quality and come from the thickest part of the salmon, allowing for more even cooking.
